SRWare Iron is a modified version of the Chromium browser, the exact same technology and code behind the now popular Google Chrome browser. The primary changes to the Google Chrome browse are in terms of privacy and data collection which Google Chrome has become rather notorious for.
This browser takes extra precautions in order to allow users to navigate the web without big brother stepping in and watching everything you do. That means that you'll be less likely to see personalized search results or advertisements across the web which follow you around, most likely those controlled by Doubleclick or Google's own Adwords program.
Although some people don't mind being tracked across the web, there are others who will certainly enjoy the opportunity of browsing the web privately. In other words, this clone of Google Chrome has the main mission of keeping your browsing habits a little bit more private.
The SRWare Iron browser is completely free and available in different languages. As with Google Chromium and Google Chrome, the layout of this program is extremely clutter-free and allows you to use any addons which are available for Chrome.
In the end, SRWare disables all of the tracking items from Google Chrome and provides a safe web browsing experience.

What version of Windows can SRWare Iron run on?
SRWare Iron can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
